The guest journey

Follow one table from the moment guests sit down to the moment they pay

  1. Sit down, scan or tap

Guests scan the table's QR code or tap its NFC tag. The menu opens instantly with dish photos — no app, no sign-up, in English or Arabic.

  2. The waiter confirms the table

The waiter's screen rings. One tap confirms the guests are really at the table, and their first round goes to the kitchen screen and ticket printer.

  3. Friends join one shared bill

Everyone at the table joins with its 4-digit code and orders onto one shared bill. Every round keeps adding up.

  4. Wi-Fi, games and a call button

While they wait: Wi-Fi details in one tap, quick mini-games, and a Call waiter button (assistance, water, napkins) that rings the waiter app with the exact table.

  5. Stations cook against the clock

Each kitchen station gets its own tickets with live elapsed-time timers. Sold-out items disappear from every phone instantly.

  6. Pay at the table

Card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through the restaurant's payment gateway. Split equally, pay for your own orders or a custom amount, and add a tip.

  7. Rate it, and the code dies

Guests leave a quick rating. The table code dies the moment the bill is settled — the next party gets a fresh one.

Seven layers of protection

Can someone hack it?

Short answer: no one can order, join a bill or pay from outside your restaurant without your staff noticing. Here's how.

  1. Physical presence verification

A scan only creates an order request. The waiter visually confirms the guests before anything reaches the kitchen, so remote “phantom” orders never get cooked.

  2. Dynamic 4-digit table code

Only the people sitting at the table can see it, and it's needed to add anything to their bill.

  3. Link sharing denial

A shared link opened outside the venue shows up on the waiter screen as an unconfirmed table. One tap rejects it and cancels its orders.

  4. Brute-force lockout

Three wrong codes block that phone and network for 15 minutes. Each lockout rotates the table code and alerts staff.

  5. Session expiry on payment

The code dies the instant the bill is settled. The next party gets a brand-new code.

  6. Encrypted on public Wi-Fi

HTTPS and secure WebSockets only, with HSTS. Card details are typed on the payment gateway's page and tokenized — they never touch the restaurant's servers or ours.

  7. Zero GPS dependence

No location permission is ever requested — the browser is told to block it. Trust comes from staff eyes and rolling codes, which can't be spoofed like GPS.
